🚨 Flags a meter reading whose period shows electricity units consumed while the unit had no active Airbnb booking covering that window — i.e. usage nobody can explain because no guest was staying there.

💡 The utility bills ONE combined meter for the whole building. Sub-meters never add up to it exactly — enter the master reading here and the gap (shared/common-area load + line loss) is converted to cost and split across every unit proportional to its own usage, so the total billed always reconciles with the real bill.
